Returns & Exchanges

Please make sure to read this page in full before continuing with your return/exchange.   • Merchandise can be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • All returned products must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with original tags still attached.
  • We will not accept returns for any custom orders (i.e personalized monogram bags).
  • Gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
  • If you paid for shipping on the original order, that shipping cost will not be refunded
  • If you used a promotion code for your purchase, you can exchange the item for the same style in a different size or color, or you can apply a credit for the amount you paid towards a new item at its current price.  A previously used promotion code cannot be applied to the sale of a different item.
  • If the item was purchased for final sale (i.e. clearance items), we are unable to accept it.
  • We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for exchange so long as it is returned within 30 days.
  • Salt Pines reserves the right to deny returns or exchanges that do not meet our return policy requirements.

Please be sure to follow the instructions given on saltpines.happyreturns.com to ship your returns / exchange package with tracking and / or insurance, alongside any other necessary information. We cannot replace packages lost during return shipment if proof of tracking is unavailable.
