Returns & Exchanges

  • Merchandise can be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 21 days of the delivery date.
  • All returned products must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with original tags still attached.
  • We will not accept returns for any custom orders (i.e personalized monogram bags).
  • Gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
  • If you paid for shipping on the original order, that shipping cost will not be refunded
  • If you used a promotion code for your purchase, you can exchange the item for the same style in a different size or color, or you can apply a credit for the amount you paid towards a new item at its current price.  A previously used promotion code cannot be applied to the sale of a different item.
  • If the item was purchased for final sale (i.e. clearance items), we are unable to accept it.
  • We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for exchange so long as it is returned within 30 days.
  • Salt Pines reserves the right to deny returns or exchanges that do not meet our return policy requirements.

Please be sure to ship your returns / exchange package with tracking and / or insurance, alongside a completed Returns & Exchanges Form. We cannot replace packages lost during return shipment if proof of tracking is unavailable.
